Senior Workshop Manager
?GIZ International Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Workshop Manager of its Infrastructure Program in South Sudan.

Duty station: Juba with frequent travels to field sites
Task: Overall management of mechanical section including workshops and field units
GIZ is looking for experts with experience in:
- Overall supervision of the mechanical activities on site
- Improve workshop organization by re-formation of teams
- Introduction of advanced control and monitoring systems
- Setting up maintenance charts and follow up
- Allocation of duties to mechanical staff
- Timely ordering of spares
- Control of spare consumption and stock keeping by applying advanced software
- Fuel and lubricant consumption monitoring and reporting
- Preparation of monthly plant performance and condition report
- Assisting in preparation of budgets for mechanical department
- Participation in selection and recruitment process for new staff
- Coordination of equipment allocation between different projects
- Supporting the transfer of know how from expatriate staff to (Sudanese) nationals working
