Head of Training and Capacity Building

Integrity is currently looking for a highly qualified Head of Training and Capacity Building.

We provide insightful research and localised consultancy services to clients working in conflict, post-conflict and fragile environments. Our team works across Africa, Asia and the Middle East. We are based in London and have representatives in Juba, South Sudan and Cairo, Egypt.

Our clients are in the developmental, government and private sectors. We guide them through the challenging environments they operate in, while building trust and giving voice to the people that live there. 

We are undergoing a period of growth and are looking to fill two senior positions in the core team. 

Scope of Work:

The Head of Training and Capacity Building (H/TCB) will drive all business development, marketing, implementation, management and delivery of projects and programmes related to Integrity’s Training and Capacity Building service line.

Terms of Reference:

1. Help manage Integrity as part of the management team, responsible for driving Integrity’s operations. 
2. Build and market Integrity’s capability to implement TCB projects and programmes through developing our consultancy bench, marketing materials, accreditation and training facilities. 
3. Design concepts and proposals that lead to the contracting and delivery of funded TCB projects and programmes. 
4. Build Integrity’s reputation as a high-quality provider of training
